Processing Time:

All products are made to order, and prioritized in the order they are received.
Please allow 2-3 days for production on smaller items and 1 weeks for larger items such as wallets.
I am the sole hands behind the production, marketing, shipping, photography, etc. and do my absolute best to fulfill all orders as soon as possible.
Fluctuation within the time window is dependent on current order traffic and personal affairs.

Leather:

Each cut of leather is original and distinct from the next.
Slight variations such as character, subtle color shifts, and/or thickness may apply.
Leather is a beautiful natural product, holes, marks and scars are to be expected.

Refunds:

Due to the customized nature of made-to-order products, all sales are final.
If there is any type of production defect, I will absolutely replace the item with valid proof of defect.
